Fluidity /2016/
Static composition with circle, square and triangle.
Fluidity consists of 3 abstract compositions which intention is to depict the idea of static and movement interconnection.
Influenced by the Japanese stone garden idea I came up with the concept of creating the photographic work, which will represent this idea of natural arrangements. But in opposite to reality this becomes an abstract imitation of the nature but not its actual appearance. The basic geometrical objects are representing the stones - they are full, heavy and static. While the other fluid components represent the flow, flexibility and movement. In the moment when the opposites are meeting, the well-balanced connections establish where the static object curves the flow trajectory and the fluid component give the dynamics for the entire composition.
